Bridge not recognising RAW files

Hi everyone,

Since updated Bridge from 10.0.4.157 to 10.1.0163 the program is no longer recognising RAW files (I use both Sony ARW and Lumix RW2). They only show as tile icons and not thumbnails or images. The Adobe helpdesk were quite unhelpful just telling me to update to earlier version but one without a few new features. I have tried resetting preferences and installing and reinstalling but without any luck. Running on a Windows 10 PC (but that shouldn't be the issue as it worked fine before). Thank you for any light you can shed on this irritating issue.

Thank you so much for your reply. I didn't have an option to update ACR so have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the creative cloud environment. This seems to have fixed it. Thank you.
