Bridge Photo Downloader says there are no valid files on connected iPhone

MacOS: 11.3.1 (20E241), Apple M1

Bridge Version 11.1.0.175

iPhone SE, iOS 13.4.1

 

Problem: Connect phone to macbook, it is recognized. Open Adobe Bridge > get photos from camera > Photo Downloader opens. Photo Downloader recognizes the iPhone. When selecting it as the source of files it says, "No Valid FIles Found."
