Hi everyone, I hope you can help me out with a problem I am having. I'm not sure why this is happening but whenever I try to use the photodownloader in bridge to remove my photos from my SD card the thumbnails for some of the images appear glitched. They still seem to be perfectly fine files and work fine with everything ive tried it just makes me uneasy seeing the glitched thumbnails. downloader also for whatever reason no longer will fully see all of the images on the card right away. Instead now i am foreced to use the "get photos from" dropdown and hit "refresh list" once if not multiple times before it shows the full ammount of phots on the card. Obviously this could be a problem with my card but i have no idea how to figure out if its the card of photo downloader so i figured i would ask here. The first image below is just to show that downloader is to displaying the full ammount of files on the card and the second image shows the full ammount of images on the card. Thanks!

Well, the first thing that jumps out is that the source is identified as "/../Corrupted Card"
Have you tried a different camera card? (Or is that the name you gave your card????)
Also, when in normal use and you've finished ingesting the images, what do you do then? Do you reformat the card in the camera? Do you delete the images in your computer? What do you do?

Hi @gary_sc
Where it says "Corrupted Card" that is the folder I previously saved images from this card too. I named it that when i was worried the images had truly corrupted. The card itself is not named "Corrupted Card."
No, I have yet to try a diffrent card mostly because this just happened today and I figured I could ask on here and it would help me find out whats going on.
This is the second time this has happened. The last time it happened I downloaded all of the photos to my computer, returned the card to my camera and used the "erase images" feature in my camera. I figured it happend becasuse leading up to that point I had a bad habit of downloading the images and then not deleteing the images from the card leading them to pile up on the card and causing me to while in the feild use the "select and erase" feature in my camera.

Ah, OK. (I have to admit that seeing "Corrupted Card" did throw me off - LOL)
Yes, reformatting the card in the camera is THE BEST WAY TO DO THIS. One of the worst features in Photo Downloader is the option to "Delete original files." I hate that option with a passion for many, many reasons. It's about as bad an option as "do you want to delete the files before they've gotten to your computer?" (Such an option doesn't really exist, but it would be worse than what's offered.)
Now, back to your issue.
Besides the Corrupted Card (still laughing), the other thing I'm seeing is that a number of the images shown in the 2nd screenshot appear to be in B&W. Can you verify that that's the issue your concerned about? After moving to the computer, I gather they are in full color? Am I correct that the upper image, where everyting is in color, was after you "teased" the source several times?
Up until you're able to try a different card, there's not much that can be pointed at. I'm assuming you've given Bridge full access permissions to your computer and external devices.
And let me pre-state: In all the years I've used Photodownloader (since Bridge 1), I've never seen nor had this issue. So, I've no personal experience with it. Nonetheless, I'm happy to work with you to try and figure out the cause and/or find a solution.

I Just formatted the card while it was inside my camera and went out to take a few photos, it seems to no longer be doin the visual glitch but photo downloader still does not fully recognize all the images on the card and I am forced to hit "refresh list" in order to make sure it is showing me all of the photos like i previously mentioned.
