Bridge "open with" does not offer photoshop

when  i open bridge, the open with option does not show photoshop as an option to open with.

Next, when the the jpegs are labled another software jpeg name

Bridge is a separate program from PS. It is a viewer that can interact with Photoshop. You must have Photoshop installed for Bridge to open images. If you have different releases of Photoshop and Bridge (such as Bridge 2021 and Photoshop 2019, the interactivity is very poor, if at all.
