Bridge Update appearence issue

Recently I updated Adobe Bridge.

Some, but not all of my files in folders now appear with a .cloud after the .psd. No preview of the file appears and they will not open.

I understand this is a very basic question but apparently it was too complex for Adobe Tech support.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OS?

What version of Bridge did you update to?

Are these LR or PS cloud files?

Are they on a local drive, NAS, or USB drive?

When you say some, do they all have the same file attributes?

Can you open them up in a file brower?

Does the thumbnail appear in the file manager.

Need additional info.

OS?

10.14.6

What version of Bridge did you update to?

10.0.1.126

Are these LR or PS cloud files?

Photoshop files, some psd some jpeg

Are they on a local drive, NAS, or USB drive?

They were, I assumed on the drive of my mac as they appeared in the older version of Bridge.

When you say some, do they all have the same file attributes?

They do. Some files (jpeg and psd) appear completely normal.

Can you open them up in a file brower?

I can open them in finder and after that, they download from icloud and as a result, appear in the new version of Bridge.

Thanks so much for responding and trying to help.

Check the files for permisions errors.

The update .126  sucks and has introduced a lot of issues, specially for Catalina OS

Guess I need to relink my Don't update post again.

Thanks so much once again for your reply.

Not sure how to check the permissions on files but I suppose that is another day's query.

I realize that I am terribly undereducated in the technical end of things but I use adobe products as tools and have so little time to investigate the mechanics. I am self-taught in photoshop. Bridge, is, or rather it was a convenience.

Even if I had read your update I would not have had a choice. I had postponed updates because I wanted to maintain workflow while in the midst of projects. One day the program just stopped and forced my hand.

Adobe's response has been lackluster thus far sadly. I may take it to my Instagram acct in the hopes of getting some attention to the issue.
