Hello,

I need to select some images in Adobe Bridge and then open them in previously saved photoshop document. Usually bridge opens them in default photoshop window but let say I create template.psd file and put it on my desktop.

Now when I select particular images in Bridge I need them to open in template.psd and not in photoshop.exe.

But not always, sometimes I need images to open in default PS.

Have Bridge open and PS with your template.psd

Select the thumbnail images you want to place in your PS template.

Drag the thumbnail images over to your PS preview panel of your template .psd file.

I believe this is what you are looking for.

I am sorry but that is not what I wanted at all.

I want to the selected images (in Bridge) to open in my previously saved psd file called template.psd. I dont want to open those images in new default window photoshop.exe.

You have to have your template file open to place images into it.
