can bridge do this? also what's a good link that shows if it's free or a trial?

1. when you open the software, it would show all the images/folders that are contained within the main folder that the user sets

2. shows previews of the images on the folder icon itself (so you can see what's inside)

can bridge do these 2 things?

if there's a link that shows it's actually free, does 'adobe cc' need to be uptodate to use bridge?

Bridge will open the last folder you were in, when launched. It does not create folder icons with a contents preview.

Bridge is free but requires an Adobe account, free or paid. The CC app is how you install Adobe products and access fonts and other resources.
