can't see raw images

when I insert my memory card, in Bridge the media file pops up but once I click on it there are no files to cull.

Wait, are you trying to process your images ON the camera card? 

 

If so, please (for your own sake), do not do that. Those are the ONLY copies of your images at this moment. Please transfer the images to your computer, make backups, and then start to process. Or, go start to process but do not reformat the card until you've made backups. 

 

If this is not the issue, please let me know and we can take it from there.

that was not it. They were not showing up on my computer in bridge to cull and send to camera raw. I uninstalled and reinstalled again and it seems to work now
