It's in swedish now, but it says "An error occured. You must refresh the page. Please refresh the page" up in the right corner when I click at "click here to upload a picture/video" and then select a video.

You are showing a web browser, this is an Adobe Bridge forum. Is there a problem with Bridge?

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I'm having the same problem.

No, I haven't found a solution yet. I'm still looking for help from the community. Its been 1-year PLUS ... Adobe may have decided not to receive video file uploads for masthead and/or background. A very useful way to deliver my Nature Planet daily activity observations. Now unable.
Never declared by Adobe ... kick it down the road problem? I have no idea. I still use Portfolio .. daily website uploads. natureplanet.tv

That's frustrating. I was able to do so a couple years ago and it still works. Here's the site https://conjuredesigns.com/
Now I'm trying to do the same thing on another site, and I get the same error you're getting. It's a 21MB mp4. Spent the last 2 hours trying everything. I don't see any way to embed a video for a BACKGROUND. Super annoying!

I found by changing my Portfolio template .. I was able to upload video mastheads. Worked properly. After 1-year of trying ... solved. Paul 2-19-25

Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately changing the template screws up everything one has done in the previous template. That said, what template exactly worked for you? I want to put a video as the page background (not the masthead), but I suppose it's possible switching to whatever template you switched to would solve the same problem as well.

Changing templates does affect the formatting ... no help there. Info transferred .. then design required again. keeps you sharp ey? I am satisfied with the Martias for my video uploads. The template performing, as well the Adobe server performing ... Portfoilio works for me ... and you can use Chat gpt to genenerate header codes to upload to Adobe. Great, easy. The beauty of Portfolio ... layout design. Artists welcomed. Paul 2-24-25 natureplanet.tv

Thanks for sharing the name of the template. I will give creating a whole new site with Martias a try. Super annoying, but it it works for being able to handle PAGE BACKGROUND video, then I suppose it will be worth it. Wish Adobe would either fix the issue or simply let users know which templates can handle a simple video background.
