Can't write metadata to DNG

I can't write metadata to DNG files, either on my Hardrive or Networked files. I'm on the latest Bridge (10.0.3.138) latest Mac OS (10.15.3) and latest Camera Raw (12.2).

I've also recently reset my Bridge preferences and restarted my computer.

I can write to other files like jpg and png.

Thanks!

UPDATE

It seems likely related to the Camera Raw version. I can write metadata to older DNG Adobe Camera Raw formats (11.4.1 for example).

Thanks for your reply.

Can you be more specific in a solution?

Adobe Bridge had access to files and folders from the OS privacy settings, and I've just given Bridge "Full Disk Access."

I see that in a post from December, you (Lumigraphics) advocated for reverting back to Mojave. Is that still the only option?

Most of the Photoshop problems we see on these boards are Catalina. Just saying.

I'd like to try rolling back my camera raw before rolling back Catalina.

Is there any way to find downloads of 12.1 or 11.4.1—this one seemed to work for me.
