Cannot publish from Bridge to Portfolio

In Bridge, I click on the Adobe Portfolio logo, but it doesn't connect on the Adobe Portfolio service.

What am I missing?

can you please let us know if you are using Adobe Bridge in proxy environment.

Also please share a screenshot of the issue.
