I cannot see Thumbnails nor Previews using Bridge 14.1 on Window 1. I just boxes instead.

I am facing the same issues here. Some MOV and MP4 files are showing yet others simply don't.

Using a the latest version of Bridge 14.1.1.274 on Windows 11 too.

I have tried all the suggested methods in this discussion and none worked so far.

From what I observed, MP4 from my insta 360 go3 worked, MOV from an iPhone 13 mini worked. MOV from iPhone 15 Pro Max didn't work and some other MP4 didn't work too.
