Bridge zeigt mir beim Öffnen des Programms (auf meinem Mac) derzeit 125 ".dat"-Dateien an, mit denen ich nichts anzufangen weiß. Wie vermeide ich das?

.dat files are harmless files created and stored by the OS. You should not have to see them.

 

Go into the View menu and see if the "Show Hidden Files" is checked or not. If it's checked, see if unchecking it solves the problem.

Guten Morgen, 

Vielen Dank für Ihre Nachfrage. Ich habe den Rat befolgt und die Einstellungen kontrolliert: Die „.dat“-Dateien werden weiterhin angezeigt. Es sind aber keine neuen Dateien dazugekommen - ich habe, wegen des schlechten Wetters, aber auch nur selten fotografiert. Ich will jetzt, versuchsweise, die „.dat“-Dateien auslagern und sehen, ob die Bild-Originale noch brauchbar bleiben.

Guten Morgen,

ich habe also die angezeigten ".dat"-Dateien verschoben und neue ".CR3"-Dateien importiert (von Canon R5 über Sandisk Extreme Pro). Meine Auskunft von heute am frühen Morgen war falsch: nach dem Import der neuen ".CR3"-Dateien sind neue ".dat"-Dateien (Cache... und Index...) in der Bridge-Anzeige erschienen.
