Just upgraded Macbook Pro 2019 16" to Sonoma, and now dragged/dropped and downloaded files and images show on desk top for 2 seconds, only to disappear and show up on Bridge...Any suggestions how to adjust this so files remain on desktop as well as bridge as they did on Ventura? Many Thanks!

Hi, @john-michaele65953719, I've not upgraded myself to Sonoma, but my guess is that you need to redo permissions from Apple's Settings in the Privacy & Security settings.

If you need me to tell you how to do this, let me know, but if you do this, please let me know if it works or not so this thread can help others.

Many Thanks for your quick reply, I will try this and see if it works...what makes this so confusing is that the upgrade and bridge works perfectly fine on my iMac 27" 2018 but not on the MacBook Pro...I did reinstall Sonoma OS as well as Bridge 2024 on the MacBook, and still...
