Disabling generating previews

Hi!

Is there any options to turn off generating previews? I need usually just thumbnails.

Abobe should build in a switch, to turn off generating previews. Is there any chance of this?

You can disable generating previews in Bridge's Preferences > Advanced

This is not a correct answer and doesn't in any way disable previews from being generated, it even explains it directly underneath. "Generates previews based on..."

This answer is incorrect. It only disables monitor size previews not, as requested, all previews.
