I have downloaded Adobe Bridge CC onto a PC running windows 7 professional. The programme is there when checking on the control panel BUT whenever I click on it NOTHING happens. I try to "browse in bridge" from Photoshop CC and NOTHING happens. I had this issue 388 days ago and gave up and went back to CS5 BUT was persuaded by a friend to invest in the Adobe CC - it's really puzzling that it simply doesn't work! I may have to cancel my subscription again if I can't get bridge to work.

Hi michaelr59155143,
Sorry that you are unable to use Adobe Bridge CC on Windows 7 Professional machine. It looks like Adobe Bridge CC is already installed on your machine, however, it is unresponsive. I would like to know if you have tried the steps provided by Kglad and what were the results.
I am also moving this thread to Bridge General Discussion forum, so that if needed, our community experts may assist you further on this.
Thanks.
