Drop down folder option (subfolders) missing in bridge

Hi! I have recently gotten a new computer and when I installed Bridge again, the folders within the foldes are not showing. This is a nightmare for editing etc., as Im sure you can all relate. I have everything up to date. Mac OS Big Sur is what I have. 

I have attached a screen shot. You can see, under Moeller the edited folder DOES have an arrow. The Newborn with the TO EDIT does not (so weird bc its the same thing). Also, the folders above have a subfolder in them as well but you cant tell as there is no arrow and Ive not clicked them to show the example of what I mean.
