I get "The Camera Raw settings could not be applied because there were no Camera Raw files selected or selected files were read only."  I have already tried the following:

1.System Preferences--Security&Privacy--Full Disk Access and Accessability Access--Unlock--Add Adobe Bridge and check mark it.

2. Photo Info is set to read & write for all three settings.

3. I can open an image from my external hard drive files and immediately it opens in Bridge and I can begin editing.  However, when I try to open the same image directly from Bridge I get the above error message.

Hi Kit,

That camera raw error is occurring due to an incompatible raw file, which camera do you use? Also, what's the version of Bridge you're running?

Could you try installing the Camera Raw plugin manually and let us know if it helps? https://helpx.adobe.com/in/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.html

Regards,
Sahil
