Favorites/Folders Bridge Panel Options

Referencing Bridge 2019. I may have overlooked something obvious all this time, but please tell me, is it possible to anchor the Favorites/Folders Panel so it does not constantly move and adjust left to right as folders are opened and closed? It is frustrating to constantly have to toggle the bottom scroll bar back and forth to view the folder strucure. Help appreciated.

Sorry that the Folder/ Favorites panel in Bridge 2019 moves around when the folders are closed/opened within the app.

I am unable to reproduce this at my end maybe because I do not have such folder structure. Could you please take a screenshot of record a small video to illustrate the issue?
