File properties are blank

Hi,

On my Adobe Bridge (latest version) when I choose a file, al the file properties are blank for some reason and I don't know why.

I'm working on an Asus laptop with updated windows 10 64bit.

How can I get my properties back?

It seems that the problem is solved by itself... probably the last Bridge update helped

Apparently the problem still exsists. I thought it was solved by an update but I see there are still files that Bridge doesn't show metadata for them.

As for your question - Windows properties are shown as usual. All the data is there.
