Having a hard time docking the panel of Bridge 2023

I am having a hard time docking the panel of the 2023 Bridge.

You know how in 2022 Bridge, you can move the panel, dock it side by side/group with others, dock it by itself, etc.  The bar let you see where you are at.

NOW, I cant dock anything on the 2023 Bridge and I can't see any bar.
