[HELP] Preview artifacts on transparent .MOV assets

The example on the screenshot, it's a smooth fire effect but it's showing this huge pixelated strokes as static and when I try to preview the file.

Is this how the image appears in the Preview Panel in Bridge or is this in Adobe Camera Raw?

What is the file format of this image?
