Too many unknowns here for a straightforward answer. Where is the other person located? (Same house, same computer network or not) Do they already have access to the images you refer to? (Not sure if you just wish to share the ratings or the images too.) Do you wish to share electronically (cloud based, email), physically (copy to other hardware device, print them and post them) etc.?

Thanks for replying.

I need to share a selectionof photo with someone in a different country (different computer network). He has access to all our images on google-drive.
I remember I had done this in the past... I can't remember how. I just know I sent a small file to a photographer who took the photos. He could see all that I had selected...

No idea how I did it.

Initial question:

You have an Adobe CC subscription ?

If so then there is a way forward using Adobe's cloud storage.

I do but I do not use Adobe's cloud storage.

...However I'm thinking I could do this in Lightroom. Correct?

I don't use Lightroom but this can be done using Bridge.

I am using Windows 11 PC but if you are on Mac then I guess it's much the same.

All you need to do is physically copy the photos you wish to share into your Creative Cloud Files folder which you should be able to find easily enough - add it to your favorites in Bridge when you do for easy access. They will then upload automatically and can be shared from there.

It sounds quite complex to give step by step instructions but if you play around you should manage this without too much trouble. Ask again if you come unstuck!

Note: I believe Adobe is making changes to this service and I don't have any knowledge of precisely what is going to happen.

Thanks!

I understand the process. It's similar to exporting a selection of images. You go into ratings, select the images and click export to.

Now that I think of it, I must have done it with Lightroom. I just had to export a small file that had all the ratings...

Anyway thanks for that.
