I use 3 windows, Bridge wants 2

Im using the same 2 monitors and I like to have 3 windows open 

1st window contains (Folders, Favorites & Metadata) tabs .....1st monitor

2nd window is set to Preview ....1st Monitor

3rd is Content .....2nd monitor

I have saved the set up so many times and it does not matter because when I close bridge for some reason it gives me 2 windows on monitor 1 and it does this 30% of the time

Post screen shots. Also, what operating system and version of Bridge? What computer and video cards?
