I've just updated Bridge and PS and now I cannot open and DNG files

I've just updated CC & Bridge (didn't realise my monthly subscription had stopped) and now every single DNG file won't open.

I can preview the DNG files in Bridge but when I try to CMD R to open - nothing happens.

And if I drag it into PS i get "Could not complete your request because Photoshop does not recognize this type of file."

Any suggestions......I have 7 years of Photo's I now cannot view/edit in PS.

Hi Louise,

 

I'm going to guess that something is stuck in your subscription link. Please go to PS and in the Help menu, see if it says you are logged out or logged into your Adobe acount. If you are logged out, try logging in. If you are logged in, then log out and log back in again. 

 

IF that doesn't work, then un-install PS and then re-install it again. In fact, un-install both Bridge and PS and then re-install again.
