Is it possible to create a custom contact sheet with specific metadata (dpi, dimensions, file type)?

Hi there, I'm working on a book publication with a lot of figures, and the author, who prefers working analogue, is asking for a contact-sheet type printout with the images to one side, some specific metadata info, and enough space to scribble down notes for edits for me to make. Essentially what I'm looking for is a way to export how things already appear in the content window of Bridge with 'View contents as details' selected, shown below.

Unfortunately the contact sheet export option in the Output tab only exports the filename, as do both the Photoshop and Lightroom options.

I'm hoping that there's some way to easily automate this, as I'll have to do this for hundreds of images, and the list is pretty much already there as I want it in Bridge, just not as a printout.

Yes a script is the way to do this.
