Metadata Field Labels - changed in some recent update

Metadata Field Labels now all the same - 

Previously were descriptive --- IE:   Name, Street, City, State, Country, Description, Keywords, location, etc

Try resetting preferences to see if that fixes things.

I tried that  - maybe I am missing something?
