Metadata Searches from the Creative Cloud

I have created a Library in Bridge CC 2019 with Jpegs containing metadata - Keywords; Description; IPTC Subject Code; etc. Bridge search can find files looking into the file info. My issue is when they are synced up to the Cloud the search from that interface is based on filename alone nor do I see alot of options in the File Info box.

My question is: How can I preserve the rich metadata so that files can be searched by specific XMP fields once the images are up on the cloud? Or to put it more precisely... can the Creative Cloud environment be used as a DAM?

Thanks

PS I can use Dynamic Media (Scene7) to search this way, but I'm hoping to find a cleaner web interface for other parties.
