Missing thumbnails from Nikon Z-6 (NEF)

I've just upgraded my work PC (Windows 10 Enterprise v.1903).

Unfortunately I still can't see, couldn't on my old Win10 pc either, thumbnails (RAW/NEF) when using Bridge Photodownloader:

Have you updated to the latest version of Camera Raw?

Of course and added the Nikon NEF codec for Windows as well ...
