mp4 or mov file not opening in Bridge 11.0.2.123

All old .mov and .mp4 files opening OK in Bridge, but 2 x latest files, 1.mov and 1.mp4, will not open from Bridge in Quicktime Player. When opening from macbook Finder file, they open OK with quicktime player. But trying even saving files to another Bridge folder with a different name and files still will not open from Bridge. When saving file to another Bridge folder, just shows as a blank with the word Exec in it.

Sorry to hear about this. Could you please try updating Bridge to version 11.1 through the Creative Cloud Desktop app and let us know if it helps?

Thank you Sahil. Updated; the 2 x problem files still stay locked, but open OK outside of Bridge. All this resetting stuff too complicated for me and might cause other snags. The 2 x problem files are now superceded and kept just for records so can live with that now. Thanks for your feedback.
