Can I use a keyboard shortcut to tilt multiple content pannels in Adobe Bridge 2023?

Hi, @Ravindar Ramu, I'm sorry, but I do not understand what you mean by "…tilt multiple content pannels…" Your screenshot didn't help.

 

Can you be more specific?

[Ctrl+Shift + T] will open a new Content Panel as a Tab.   (File > New Content Tab)

You can drag a TAB to move it to a 'docked' location,

or drag the TAB off the Bridge UI to make it free-floating:
