I need keyboard shortcut for content pannels.ie switch to multiple page

[Ctrl+Shift + T] will open a new Content Panel as a Tab.   (File > New Content Tab)

You can drag a TAB to move it to a 'docked' location,

or drag the TAB off the Bridge UI to make it free-floating:
