New Bridge 2023 on Ventura OS

My bridge 2023 the file open is greyed out. Also it is not seeing png files. Please help.

yes, wait until adobe releases apps compatible with ventura, though your issue with bridge might be fixable by resetting your preferences.

Can you please let me know which preferences to reset. I looked at them but wasn't sure and didn't want to make things worse. Thanks so much for your help

No. I had to walk away for a bit. It's my laptop. I didn't update my desktop operating system and when I updated PS everything is still working well. I'm not going to update that one for awhile

Hi @fijigirlann 

The "Open" is to open a file. For example, if you have an image selected in the Content Panel, you can "Open" it via the "open in the File menu. That's all it does. You can also double-click the same file and get the same results.
