No Internet, Bridge and Mac Finder Discrepancy

Am in Mexico suffering a long outage of my internet connection. Using my time to do overhaul of photo filing on an external drive using Bridge. Finder on my 2019 iMac has correctly shown the changes until yesterday. Have tried various remedies to no avail.

Could the lack of internet connection for 10 days now have an impact on CC, leading to breakdown in syncing between my HD and external drive?

Thank you for the clarification ExUSA. I was muddled when I posted the question - not realizing that I had worked on one folder of photos which was partially duplicated in another part of the filing tree. Nothing was wrong at all! When I realized my mistake, it was a Duh moment...
