No thumbnails for cr3 files

CR shows file assoc. for CR3 but there is no image preview on the down loader. I have the latest ver. of Bridge, CR and PS.

Do the thumbnails appear in the file manager?

Windows 10 with latest update. cr2 files thumbnails show up fine, but not
the newer cr3.

I have same problem. Very annoying when loading photographs from different dates to different folders.

Just a thought, what size are your cr3 files. They may be larger that what is specified in the preferences?

Preferences - Thumbnails - Do Not Process Files Larger Than 1000 MB

That is the default and might want raising?

I changed it to 5000 MB, results are the same. Thanks, I am going to change
it to 'small' Raw and see what happens.
