Not enough app memory starting bridge

I updated my Mac, when I want to start bridge there is the message that there is not enough app memory. But I have more then enough space on te hard disk. Does anybody know what to do.

There are two kinds of memory: storage memory (how large your hard drive is and (more importantly) how much free space there is on that hard drive), and RAM memory. This is the area where the actual processing takes place. 

 

These are two different types of memory, and they do not interact.
