One drive cloud folder not opening on bridge

New Here ,
Jan 29, 2022 Jan 29, 2022

I recently just bought a new Macbook pro with the M1 pro chip and downloaded bridge to access my one drive folder, but its not opening. I previously had a windows device which was able to open the cloud one drive folder on bridge.

I am not sure if this is a glitch or just the M1 pro chip isn't compatible with Bridge 12.0, which is wierd because when I was downloading bridge it said it was compatible.

Can someone please let me know whats up? Because bridge is an important app for me as a designer.

Thank you

Vishek

This has nothing to do with the M1 chip. Bridge DOES NOT support cloud services. period. End of story. You cannot reliably use OneDrive or any other cloud service with Bridge.

Well, im browsing my Dropbox folder without problem. And can access the "Creative Cloud Files".  Both cloud services. Why not OneDrive?

And im prity shure i can browse OneDrive on my PC (not here right not, so i cant check).

But i read a lot of the same around the net,  no OneDrive in bridge.   😕

Apps must specifically support cloud services to work correctly. You may have data loss if you try.

Apple is changing how cloud storage works, Adobe just has to get with it and add support. Sadly, the developers don't seem to care about supporting new technology.
