Only one option with "Open With" in Bridge

I used to Right-click images in Bridge and be given several options under the "Open With".  Nowadays I get only one and don't seem to be able to add any more.  If I change the default option under Preferences/File Type Associations the "Open With" changes, but only that option is made available.  I'm running it on Windows 10, and I no longer have Photoshop installed, as I use Gimp2, for financial reasons.  Any ideas, as I often wish to choose quickly which program to view an image in.

I'm having he same issue in the latest Bridge update. Has anyone found a way to get a "normal" list of programs in th e"open with" dropdown? I do not want to do the idiotic file association process, I want a simple dropdown list like before.
