opens specific version of illu files

Is it possible to set Bridge to open -by default- only specific version illu files? If i have ver 2022 and 2023, i want to set it to open only ver 2022 files.

Preferences > File Type Associations will let you select a single version.

 

I think that you would need a custom script that uses BridgeTalk code to target a specific version of Illustrator, where you would right-click the use the script to open the selected file/s with a specific app version.

There should be some way to choose which would be the default illu files to open.
