Hi!

I want to see all my pictures and videos on my pc wins 10 computer desktop in Bridge.

Can it search for everything like Picsasa did?  On both my hard drives?

Can I do that?

Thanks.

I heard there might be a scan for photos and videos option?

Hi Dazzlerman,

Bridge is a file browser for most of the the files that work with Adobe apps. I'll recommend that you take a look at this article to know how to work with file and folders to access you files in Bridge: How to view & manage files in Adobe Bridge

Thanks,

Akash

So Bridge does not scan my computer for pics and videos?  To organize?  Is there another software?

No, Bridge doesn't scan your hard drive looking for files. It shows the contents of whatever folder you point it at.

Have you tried Windows Photos? You could also look at something like Faststone Image Viewer.

I'll check out all three.  I found Picasa again thank goodness, but I would like software that does a bit more.

This may help. This is a link to find all images on your windows.

How to Find All the Photos Stored on Your Windows 10 PC

I would not recommend this but I did a test. I choose my user directory (It has a lot of hidden files) and I went under View> Show Items from Subfolder (I actually clicked on the last arrow in the breadcrumb) in any case it took quite a few minutes to cache my directory. And I seem to have 2096 jpegs in my user and 64726 hidden files. I am only viewing the JPEGs in the picture.

I already read about the search in wins 10 thing, but I need something to organize them.  Like Picasa did.

Are you looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) like Extensis Portfolio or Canto Cumulus?
