When I go to "output" and drag my files to the template, the images show up destorted.

What is the problem here??

Can you take a screen shot of all your settings in output?

Something does look like its setup right.

In the 'Document' properties - part of the panel on the right, there are a couple of options you can trigger to adjust this.

It would not make sense to use 'Rotate Thumbnail for Best Fit: Rotates the thumbnail of the image to fit in a cell.' but it might push Bridge to do the right thing.
