Output Module in Bridge stopped working

Community Beginner ,
Jan 18, 2017 Jan 18, 2017

I have Bridge CS6 v5.0.2.4 installed and just out of nowhere, the Output Module is suddenly blank. I see the folders still there. It worked in the past just fine and the last time I used it as well. What happened? OF course, this happens when I need it. Thanks.

Is there anyone that can help or anyone with Adobe that monitors these things? I cannot get any help and need the module that suddenly just stopped working. This is apparently the only means of help and this is not going well obviously.

Solution 3 - Verify that you are not using an aliasMac OS:

  1. Navigate to Output module folder /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CC 2017 Extensions
  2. Make sure there is no arrow in the lower left of the icon for the Adobe Output Module folder
  3. If there is an arrow, this folder is an alias. The folder contents reside in a different location and need to be moved to the correct folder.

Regards,

Sahil

No it did not BUT I have a work around. I did it a while ago so you will have to research it a bit. Login to your Adobe account and download the CC version. It was free. Then add the module separately. It works perfectly and only took me about oh, 10 hours to figure out. HOpefully, that save you some time.
