I can no longer, as of yesterday, resize Metadata nor Preview panels in Bridge. Right and left adjustments work as usual. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. Maybe a software glitch or the fault of the operator, I don't know.

Could you kindly share your system details and a video to help us reproduce the issue at our end.
In the meantime you could uninstall the application and clean appdata from your drive and reinstall application.
