macOS Sierra 10.12.3
Adobe Bridge CC (2017)
iPhone 6
When I open Photo Downloader, it recognizes my iPhone but claims there are no valid files for importing on my phone. Any ideas?
Hi hilarycoles,
Try resetting the preferences of Bridge: -
Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.
Regards,
Sahil

Unfortunately this did not work.
I'm still getting the same issue as before. When I open Photo Downloader, it recognizes my iPhone but claims there are no valid files for importing on my phone.

That's why I was trying to use Photo Downloader to begin with. My phone is loaded with photos.

When you plug in your iPhone to the computer, the iPhone will ask you to "Allow" please choose that option once.

Same problem as hilarycoles, I´m using CC2019, fully updated, OS X Catalina, and ios 13 on ipad mini 4, ipad pro and iphone 6. (ios 12)
When Photo downloader opens, there are no valid files on neither of these.
I just did a reset on Bridge prefs, and still no joy.
