Perhaps this is a similar problem: Today, when I tried to upload images from a memory card  (or directy from the camera) via usb to Bridge on my computer I got the message (translated from swedish): "This unit doesn't contain any media that is suppported". I've done this operation hundreds of times, several years, without any problem. The computer is a Mac and I use the latest upgrade, Sonoma 14.1.1 and I have recently uppgraded to Bridge 2024 from 2023.

The latest upgrade is currently Sonoma 14.3.1.

Do you still get the same error if you upgrade Sonoma to 14.3.1?

Thank you for your respond. You are right, of course. I will upgrade this evening.

I think that the problem is solved. I have now uplouded the images. I have upgraded, but the problem seems to be  the usb adapter I used. I was sure that there was a soft ware problem. The message indicated that, I think. Thank you, anyhow.
Earlier I had a chat with the support team in India. They were not very helpful.

Hello pankajg6675616,

I just migrated to a new MacBook Pro (M3 Pro) and it came preinstalled with Sonoma 14.5.   Photo Downloader is not opening with Bridge nor is it recognizing any card reader. Adobe support tried everything on a call. Is there something you can suggest to try?

Thank you for your help.
