Please Please Please Help - Output Module Blank

Am pulling my hair out.

I have Bridge CC 2017, Version,7.0.0.93 x64

I have tried all the suggested methods, but I can not get the output module to appear.

Can anybody help?

& then followed Adobe Troubleshoot Instructions which appear at the bottom of that page;

The newly installed Adobe Output Module displays as blank.
