Any way I can synchronize setting, preferences between two PC, between Bridge?  Like export, or file import and renames? Metadata? By cloude?

This isn't something built in. However, a script can read and write directly to Bridge preferences. Some settings are in the Windows registry and some in flat files so there isn't just one thing to move over.

Googl can do  it, Microsoft synchronizing,...It will be good idea,...
