Problem : Brigde removes ranks from photos

Hi,

Since the last update of Bridge ( October 2022 ) I've notices somethink strange. When you select and rank your photos, sometimes Bridge almost immediately removes the rank from the photos. If anybody has an idea how to solve this problem, or what is happening , I would be grateful to share it .

Just to verify, what you are calling "rank" is listed as "Rating" (seen as "stars") within Bridge?

Is there any chance you inadvertently tapping the zero key? (that will remove any rating or label. 

Also, do you have your Preferences set to require the Command/Control key to be pressed with any of the number keys to place a Rating or Label? If you have that turned it off, please try turning that open back on.

In short though, I've not seen that nor have I heard of this before.,

I have never experienced this problem and I use Br 13 all the time.

I have the option to use the Cmd key turned off so I just use the numeral keys to enter both star ratings and labels.
