Rating/Label/icons layout in Bridge 2019

I just recently moved from Bridge 2018 to Bridge 2019.  Everything in Bridge 2019 is noticeably larger and the label has now been switched to a colored dot on a new line.  I'm trying to cram as much info as possible into the thumbnail image and metadata and the size/location of the icons/stars, etc. has squeezed it out.  Is there any way to modify the size/layout of the stars, labels and icons?  Is moving back to Bridge 2018 my only option?  (See attached image for comparison.)

Adobe changed the interface between 2018 and 2019. The current version is 2021 and no its not changing back.

If it is even available somewhere not a great option.

Bridge 11 has improved on some of those issue.
