Ratings/Labels disappear with JPEGs

I just updated to Bridge 9.0 (using with PS 21.2.1).  When I do a Save/Save-As with a JPEG file, it loses the star/label ratings.  (Using Image Processor, does the same thing.)  Any fix to this?

You should be installing Bridge 11 and then installing PS 21.21
