Search by keyword

I added a keyword to some files. Now I want to find the files that contain that keyword. Is there a way of doing this without opening all my folders and subfolders?

In the upper right corner you'll find this dropdown that lets you focus your search. Does that help?

Depending on the keywords and your search requirements, the Edit > Find command could work better
